Mahindra has reported 19% year-on-year growth in February with 60,018 units sold. Meanwhile, the company’s domestic Commercial Vehicle sales grew 10% at 24,585 units.

Mahindra announced that it sold 60,018 passenger vehicles during the month of February, registering an increase of 19% from last year’s 50,420 PVs. The sales in the international markets rose 11% to 3,384 units from 3,059 units in the corresponding period a year ago. Meanwhile, overall auto sales (PV and CV), including exports, stood at 97,177 vehicles, marking an 18% year-on-year growth. In the commercial segment, Mahindra sold 24,585 units in the domestic market, showing a rise of 10% year-on-year. Here’s a look at the brand’s key sales performance highlights for the month.
According to Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., 'February saw SUV sales of 60,018 units, a growth of 19% reflecting robust customer demand across the portfolio. Total vehicle sales stood at 97,177 units, an 18% year-on- year growth.'

On a year-to-date (YTD) basis till February, Mahindra reported selling 6 lakh SUVs, exhibiting a 19% increase over 5.03 lakh units sold in the same period last year. It exported 37,022 units, a rise of 21% rise compared to 30,511 units during the same period last fiscal.
The LCV 2T–3.5T segment remained a star performer, recording sales of 21,416 units last month, marking an increase of 12% YoY. Meanwhile, cumulative FY26 volumes reached 2.30 lakh units, a showing 16% rise over last year. The 3-wheeler segment, including electric models, maintained strong momentum, and saw a sharp 44% year-on-year jump to 9,190 units, while YTD volumes climbed 30% to 1.01 lakh units. On the other hand, the LCV <2T segment witnessed a marginal decline of 4% in monthly sales and a slight 2% drop in YTD figures.
Mahindra has confirmed that it will expand its EV lineup in India with a new SUV, internally codenamed BO7. There's no official confirmation, but the upcoming BO7 electric SUV is expected to be based on the Mahindra BE.07 concept that debuted in 2022, and was originally slated to go on sale in October 2026.
Similar to the brand's existing born-electrics, the BO7 e-SUV is likely to be offered with two battery pack options (59kWh and 79kWh). It is anticipated to deliver a real-world range of more than 500 kilometres on a single charge.
