Toyota sold 3.89 lakh units overall in the calendar year 2025, marking a 19% increase from 3.26 lakh units sold in 2024. The domestic market contributed 3.52 lakh units to the total, registering a solid 17% growth. Meanwhile, the global shipments demonstrated strong momentum, rising sharply by 42% to 37,221 units. Toyota has stated that the strong results achieved during the calendar year were driven by consistent sales momentum through December 2025, reflecting TKM’s steadfast commitment to providing high-quality, reliable, and safe mobility solutions. The company continues to sharpen its focus on innovation, advanced safety, and superior product quality to enhance customer value.
Toyota’s total sales reached 39,333 units in December, reflecting a 33% year-on-year increase compared to 29,529 units in December 2024. The domestic market remained the key growth driver, with 34,157 units, up 37% from 24,887 units a year ago. Exports also showed steady improvement, rising by 12% to 5,176 units.
