The Benelli Leoncino is the Italian automaker’s bid to shake up the segment dominated by the Ducati Scrambler. As for the dimensions, the bike is 2,160mm in length, 875mm in width and 1,160mm in height. The Leoncino has a ground clearance of 145mm and a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 litres.

At the heart of the matter, the Benelli Leoncino is powered by a 500cc twin-cylinder motor that is borrowed from the TRK 502. The liquid-cooled motor is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and is capable of churning out 46.8bhp and 46Nm of torque in its BS-VI form. The Benelli Leoncino rides on 50mm inverted telescopic fork suspension at the front and a lateral hydraulic shock absorber – with spring preload and rebound adjustment – suspension at the back. The bike is equipped with Pirelli tyres – 120/70-17 for the front and 160/60-17 for the rear. It is based on a steel trellis frame, and its braking duties are handled by twin 320mm disc brakes at the front and a single 260mm disc brake at the rear.
