This Hero Scooty is powered by a 124.6cc air-cooled four-stroke SI engine with a fuel injector ignition system. It develops slightly higher peak power and torque than those of the 110cc version. It generates up to 9.8bhp of power at 7250 rpm and 10.4 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm. These deliveries are transmitted to the wheel through a CVT automatic gearbox accompanied by a dry centrifugal clutch system.
