<p><a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/bmw/">BMW</a>&nbsp;has launched a special-edition version of the X7 for the Indian market, called the Signature Edition. Priced at Rs 1.33 crore (ex-showroom), the&nbsp;BMW X7 Signature Edition will be available in limited numbers and can be exclusively booked through the BMW&nbsp;Online Shop.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Similar to&nbsp;the regular X7, the Signature Edition comes with a large kidney grille with newly designed double bars featuring chrome highlights; however, it gets crystal headlamps with Swarovski glass cut crystals, producing a distinctive light effect. The vehicle additionally features satin aluminium roof rails, 3D taillamps with new graphics, and a connecting chrome bar covered by smoked glass. BMW India offers two colour options with the vehicle:&nbsp;Tanzanite Blue and Dravit Grey.</p>

<h2>BMW X7 Signature Edition: Interior, Features</h2>

<p>Inside, the Signature Edition has a freestanding BMW Curved Display comprising a&nbsp;14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system&nbsp;and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. It also brings a leather-wrapped Individual Instrument Panel, 14-colour ambient lighting, crystal door pins, a panoramic sunroof, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, and&nbsp;Alcantara cushions (for rear-seat passengers). The rear-seat passengers also benefit from leather Merino captain seats, while the split tailgate comes with hands-free operation, offering access to a boot capacity of up to 2,120 litres. Other bits include a head-up display,&nbsp;BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, digital key, and ADAS tech.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>BMW X7 Signature Edition: Powertrain</h2>

<p>The&nbsp;BMW X7 Signature Edition gets the same&nbsp;3.0-litre&nbsp;six-cylinder turbo-petrol engine&nbsp;paired with&nbsp;a 48V mild-hybrid system, making an extra 12bhp and 300Nm of torque. Combined output figures are&nbsp;375bhp&nbsp;at 5,200-6,250rpm and 520Nm&nbsp;at 1,850-5,000rpm. The engine is coupled to&nbsp;an 8-speed automatic gearbox with the xDrive all-wheel drive tech. BMW claims that the&nbsp;Signature Edition can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in&nbsp;5.8 seconds.</p>

<p>In India, the <a href="https://www.autox.com/news/car-news/2023-bmw-x7-gets-fresh-face-updated-tech-110908/">BMW X7 facelift</a> will be offered in xDrive 40i and xDrive 40d trim levels. Both versions get inline six-cylinder diesel and petrol engine options. Along with 48V mild hybrids, both engines will be mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and feature all-wheel drive as standard. The petrol engine produces 375bhp of maximum power and 520Nm of peak torque, whereas the diesel engine delivers a maximum output of 335bhp and 700Nm. The luxury SUV can go from 0 to 100km/h in 5.8 seconds with the petrol engine. The diesel version of the SUV, on the other hand, can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 5.9 seconds. Along with the xDrive all-wheel drive technology, the new X7 will also feature adjustable air suspension and electrically regulated dampers as standard.</p>
