<p>The brand-new Windsor EV is essentially a rebadged version of the Wuling Cloud EV,&nbsp;available in several global markets. The former&nbsp;follows the Aero Glide design language. The Windsor&nbsp;looks&nbsp;identical to the Wuling EV and features design elements&nbsp;such as&nbsp;a full-width light bar at the front and the rear,&nbsp;an illuminated&nbsp;MG logo,&nbsp;flush-fitting door handles, a wide-sloped&nbsp;windscreen with a short hood,&nbsp;18-inch diamond-cut&nbsp;alloy wheels, and&nbsp;vertically stacked headlamps.</p>

<h2>MG Windsor EV: Battery Specs</h2>

<p>Coming to the mechanicals, the MG Windsor EV is equipped with a 38kWh lithium-ion battery with&nbsp;prismatic cells.&nbsp;According to the manufacturer, it features an innovative battery management system, which&nbsp;improves the EV's performance. The unit&nbsp;develops&nbsp;134bhp of maximum power and 220Nm of peak torque. The car can travel 331km on a single charge. The model has&nbsp;3 years of unlimited km&nbsp;warranty, 3 years of 24x7 roadside assistance, and 3 years of scheduled service with zero labour charges. Besides this, the battery of the EV comes with a lifetime warranty.</p>

<p>With an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and apps like JioSaavn, the MG Windsor EV offers the largest infotainment system in its segment, measuring 15.6-inch. It also has a comprehensive 360-degree surround-view camera&nbsp;system, a 9-speaker Infinity&nbsp;sound system, a four-way electrically adjustable passenger&nbsp;seat,&nbsp;connected car tech,&nbsp;rear AC vents, a 3-passenger rear seat with 3-point seat belts and adjustable headrests,&nbsp;wireless charging, and a&nbsp;backseat, which can recline up to 135 degrees (a feature called aero lounge seats). Notably, the Windsor&nbsp;is the first&nbsp;mass-market model featuring&nbsp;a glass roof. Other features come in the form of&nbsp;256 multi-colour&nbsp;LED ambient lighting and&nbsp;a leather-wrapped two-spoke steering wheel. The boot space of the vehicle stands at 604 litres.&nbsp;</p>

<p>MG models&nbsp;are renowned for being equipped with an array of cutting-edge technological features,&nbsp;contributing&nbsp;to improving both the active and passive safety of these cars. The safety suite of the EV consists of&nbsp;ABS with&nbsp;EBD, an electronic stability programme (ESP),&nbsp;Hill Hold Assist, an electronic&nbsp;parking brake (EPB) with auto hold function, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and an Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) package, which includes features&nbsp;like autonomous emergency braking, autonomous cruise control, and lane departure warning.</p>

Windsor EV is a 5-seater electric SUV with driving ranges of 331km and 449 km
for different variants. It features 360-degree cameras, 256-color ambient
lighting, a 9-speaker Infinity sound system, and six airbags. It rivals the Tata
Nexon EV and the Mahindra XUV400 in the midsize EV segment.</p>
