The following breakdown highlights the features of each MG Windsor EV variant, making it easier to compare what each trim level has to offer.
MG Motor India offers the Windsor electric SUV in four distinct variants – Excite, Exclusive, Essence, and Essence Pro – each tailored to different customer needs and budgets. While all versions share the same core design and feature-rich cabin, they differ in terms of battery capacity, range, equipment levels, and tech offerings. The Excite and Exclusive cater to more budget-conscious buyers with essential features and a smaller battery pack, while the Essence and Essence Pro target premium EV customers, offering a longer range, additional creature comforts, and advanced driver assistance systems. This breakdown helps prospective buyers understand what each variant brings to the table and choose the one that best matches their driving preferences and priorities.
The Windsor EV offers a choice between two battery capacities: a 38kWh unit and a 52.9kWh unit. Both versions power a front-wheel-drive electric motor that delivers 134bhp and 200Nm of torque. While performance remains constant, range differs between the two. The smaller 38kWh battery provides a claimed driving range of 332km, whereas the larger 52.9kWh unit increases the range to 449km/charge.
