Ever since Renault launched the Duster in 2012 in India, it’s been a runaway success. But in the last couple of years, it has fallen behind in the pecking order. During this time, the French car manufacturer introduced a 4x4 version.
Base variant without airbag scored 0 stars in the crash test while the variant with driver side airbag scored three stars. Global NCAP crash tested the latest iteration of the Renault Duster and the results have been somewhat dismal, at least for the most part.
Renault has updated the Duster petrol range in India with a new downsized engine and a CVT automatic gearbox. In addition to the mechanical upgrades, Renault has introduced a couple of new features as well as some subtle cosmetic updates to the vehicle.
