Kawasaki has introduced the 2025 iteration of the Ninja 300 in India, retaining its previous ex-showroom price of Rs 3.43 lakh. While the bike remains mechanically identical to its predecessor, it gets subtle visual enhancements in the form of updated graphics across its familiar colour options – Lime Green, Candy Lime Green, and Metallic Moondust Grey. Beneath the skin, it continues to feature the same 296cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, generating 38.88bhp at 11,000rpm and 26.1Nm at 10,000rpm, mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper and assist clutch for added ease in gear transitions. Although discontinued globally, the Ninja 300 continues to hold its ground in the Indian market, where it caters to new riders and enthusiasts seeking an affordable, twin-cylinder sportbike that balances everyday usability with a sporty character.
Kawasaki has rolled out the 2025 Ninja 300 in India, keeping its core engineering unchanged while introducing a few cosmetic enhancements. The motorcycle still draws power from a 296cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, which produces 38.8bhp of maximum power at 11,000rpm and 26.1Nm of peak torque at 10,000rpm. This engine is linked to a six-speed transmission aided by an assist and slipper clutch, improving shift smoothness and rear-wheel stability.

The chassis is a tubular diamond-type frame using the engine as a stressed member. Suspension hardware includes 37mm front forks and a rear monoshock with 120mm and 132mm of travel, respectively. Stopping power comes from petal-type disc brakes at both ends, along with dual-channel ABS.
In its latest avatar, the Ninja 300 gains a redesigned projector headlamp inspired by the ZX-6R and a larger floating windscreen, much like the ZX-10R. New tread patterns promise improved grip and ride stability.
Available in refreshed colourways – Lime Green, Candy Lime Green, and Metallic Moondust Grey – the bike continues to benefit from local manufacturing, helping Kawasaki keep its price at Rs 3.43 lakh, slightly below the 2013 CBU model’s launch price.
