2026 Honda CB750 Hornet

Honda has revealed the 2026 CB750 Hornet for global buyers with updates focused on daily use, simple operation and wider appeal. The most important change is the optional E-Clutch system, which lets riders shift gears without using the clutch lever. This makes the bike easier to handle in traffic and on long rides, as it removes the need to manage the clutch manually.

Honda has also added four new colour options, including two black-based and two grey-based choices. The streetfighter look stays close to the current Hornet with small visual changes. With these updates, Honda aims to strengthen the Hornet’s position in the mid-capacity segment by offering more convenience and more choices to riders.

The CB750 Hornet now comes in Graphite Black and Matt Ballistic Black Metallic, both matched with a red frame. The other options are Wolf Silver Metallic and Iridium Grey Metallic. Honda plans to keep the model relevant by offering these dual-tone schemes to riders who want more variation in appearance.

Honda has added several electronic features to support the rider. These include a five-inch TFT display with Bluetooth and navigation, Selectable Torque Control and an emergency stop signal. Riders can choose from four modes (Sport, Standard, Rain and User) to manage power delivery based on the situation.

The motorcycle continues to use the 755cc parallel-twin engine, which produces 90bhp at 9,500rpm and 75Nm at 7,250rpm. It features a Showa SFF-BP front fork and a linked monoshock at the rear. Braking comes from twin 296mm front discs and a single 240mm rear disc, supported by dual-channel ABS.

The E-Clutch system is part of Honda’s wider plan to bring this feature to more models. It is already available on bikes like the CBR500R and NX500. The system supports fast shifts without using a lever, helping riders in both city and highway use. Honda has not confirmed if the 2026 CB750 Hornet will come to the Indian market.
