The ZX-10R also meets updated Euro 5+ emission standards without reducing power output, ensuring it remains relevant to enthusiasts, seeking high-performance sportbikes in the litre-class segment.
The 2026 ZX-10R features redesigned bodywork with integrated aerodynamic winglets that increase downforce by 25 per cent. This advancement provides better front-end stability under heavy braking and during high-speed cornering. The design enhances airflow management while maintaining the motorcycle’s compact profile. These updates contribute to improved handling consistency and control, which are key for riders demanding precision in various conditions.

Rider interface has been upgraded with a 5-inch full-colour TFT display replacing the previous instrument panel. The new screen offers clearer visuals and simplified menus, featuring Bluetooth connectivity via the Kawasaki Rideology app. Riders can access turn-by-turn navigation, smartphone pairing, and voice command, making the interface practical for both urban use and track sessions.
Power is delivered by a 998cc inline-four engine compliant with Euro 5+ norms, achieved by adding a secondary oxygen sensor for cleaner combustion. The engine produces around the same peak power as before, paired with a six-speed gearbox. Updated electronics provide smoother throttle response and improved traction during corner exits.
