25th anniversary versions of TVS Scooty Pep+ introduced
In order to mark 25 years of the TVS Scooty brand in India, the Hosur-based manufacturer has introduced two special editions of the Scooty Pep+ which are available in Revving Red and Glittering Gold (main image) exterior colours.

The TVS Scooty Pep+ line-up gets new additions in the form of its 25th anniversary special editions.
In order to mark 25 years of the TVS Scooty brand in India, the Hosur-based manufacturer has introduced two special editions of the Scooty Pep+ which are available in Revving Red and Glittering Gold (main image) exterior colours. Launched with the intent to promote the number of young female riders in the country, the TVS Scooty brand today has two models under its rubric: The Scooty Pep+ and the Zest 110.
While the anniversary special editions offer bespoke exterior colours, they will also be offered with a new logo marking the same, along with some new graphics. However, no mechanical upgrades or feature additions have been made and at ₹ 42,397 even the price remains unchanged. Both models offer Synchronised Brake Technology (SBT) as standard.
Commenting on the milestone, Mr Aniruddha Haldar, VP of Marketing (Commuter Motorcycles, Scooters & Corporate Brand) at TVS Motor Company said, 'TVS Scooty Pep+ is much more than just India's No. 1 economical scooter catering to over 4.5 million customers. The Scooty Pep+ is powered by an 87.8 cc, air-cooled single cylinder Ecothrust engine that puts out 4.8bhp and 5.8Nm of torque. In terms of features, it comes with a mobile charging socket, a side-stand alarm, under-seat storage hooks, DRLs, an open glove box and TVS' ‘Eazy’ Stand technology, which reduces the effort to put the vehicle on the centre stand by about 30 per cent.
