Ather expands charging network in Mumbai

In line with their expansion plan, Ather Energy has increased its charging network in Mumbai to 10 stations across the city. The Bengaluru-based EV brand plans to setup 30 charging stations by the end of the year

Ather Energy has really gained a lot of recognition for its meticulous planning and step-by-step expansion to various cities across the country. The Bengaluru-based EV brand set up shop in Mumbai earlier in January. At the time of the inauguration of its experience centre in Mumbai, the firm already had six charging stations. Now, the company has installed four more, taking the total count to 10. Here’s a look at the locations of all 10 charging station in Mumbai.

Ather plans to further expand its charging network to 30 locations by the end of the year. To help them achieve the target, the EV manufacturer has joined hands with Park+ – a smart parking solutions brand that helps users easily locate and reserve parking slots, and pay digitally. Further, to ensure rapid expansion of charging stations Ather is also working with Co-operative Housing Societies to help setup home charging stations in building complexes.

Currently, Ather has 128 fast charging stations across 18 cities in the country. The company is currently offering its charging network to all two-wheeler and four-wheeler EV users. In fact, these charging stations are free of charge for all users till the end of September 2021.
