Auto Expo 2023: Tork Motors to Debut a New Electric Motorcycle, Updated Kratos R

Auto Expo 2023: Tork Motors is set to showcase a brand-new electric motorcycle and the updated Tork Kratos R at the upcoming Auto Expo Show. The EV start-up unveiled the first concept e-motorcycle, the Tork T6X, in 2016. In 2022, it debuted the Tork Kratos and the Tork Kratos R. The prices of these electric motorcycles are expected to be Rs 1.32 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively from January 2023. They are the first vehicles to provide an Axial Flux Motor. Customers can book these bikes through the official website of the company. 

The Tork Kratos is propelled by a 7.5kW electric motor that generates 5.2bhp and 28Nm whereas the Tork Kratos R has a 9kW motor that produces 6bhp and 38Nm. The electric motorcycles have a 4kWh Li-ion battery pack and are said to have a range of 180 kilometres on a single charge.

The updated Tork Kratos R destined for the Auto Expo 2023, will reportedly have new and improved aesthetics. The styling improvements will make the revised version better than the standard model according to the firm. Tork Motors, which has its headquarters in Pune, hasn't shared any detail about the new motorcycle.
