CFMoto has unveiled the 800MT-ES, adding a new top-end option to its 800MT adventure line-up. This ES version sits above the existing Touring model and brings semi-active suspension into the picture, which is a first for this platform. The bike is already on sale in the UK, hinting at a wider global rollout that is clearly on CFMoto’s roadmap. While market like India are still waiting for official confirmation, the reveal itself sends a clear message. CFMoto wants to push harder in the adventure-touring space and offer more tech-focused options to riders who spend long hours on mixed roads.

The main upgrade on the 800MT-ES is the KYB-developed semi-active suspension system. It uses upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock that adjust damping automatically. The system reacts to speed, load and terrain, which means the bike adapts as riding conditions change. For riders, this takes away the hassle of manual suspension tuning and keeps the ride consistent across highways and uneven surfaces.
Electronics also play a big role on the 800MT-ES. The bike gets Bosch stability control, traction control and cornering ABS, all managed by a Bosch six-axis IMU made specifically for this variant.

Multiple riding modes allow quick changes depending on the ride plan. An eight-inch TFT display improves visibility, while full LED lighting with daytime running lights completes the modern touring setup.
Power comes from a 799cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that meets Euro 5+ norms. This motor is derived from the unit used in the KTM 790 Adventure and produces around 90bhp and 67 Nm. A six-speed gearbox with a slip-assist clutch handles the output.

The rest of the hardware stays in line with the standard 800MT range. Braking duties are handled by twin 320 mm front discs with J.Juan radial callipers, supported by Bosch cornering ABS. The bike uses a 19-litre fuel tank and weighs about 231 kg.
Offered in Neptune Blue and Nebula White, the 800MT-ES sits as the top-spec model, with pricing and launch details still to come.
