DSK Benelli sells 300 motorcycles in Chennai

DSK Benelli reaches another sales milestone by selling over 300 motorcycles in Chennai within just a year. 

There’s no doubting that DSK Benelli has some pretty interesting motorcycles in its portfolio for India. And now it seems that these products are being greatly appreciated by Indian consumers. Only a few days ago, DSK Benelli delivered its 500^th bike to a customer in Bengaluru, and now it has just announced to have sold over 300 DSK Benelli branded motorcycles in Chennai.

DSK Benelli’s Chennai dealership – Power Super Bikes – started operations roughly a year on March 20, 2015. As per the company’s the dealership has dispatched 300 units thus far, with total bookings of over 400 motorcycles. This is the shortest time ever for a superbike brand to achieve such a milestone in Chennai, claims the company. Naturally, celebrations were in order after this feat. And so to commemorate the success, DSK Benelli recently organized a “success ride” with its customers in Chennai.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman, DSK Motowheels, said, “DSK Benelli has received a truly phenomenal response in Chennai. There is a vibrant superbiking culture in the city, and its people have embraced DSK Benelli superbikes with great enthusiasm. We are delighted at recording delivery of 300 superbikes within a year. The numbers exemplify the brand value and trust that DSK Benelli exudes, and is a clear sign showcasing the acceptance of the brand by superbike enthusiasts across India as well.”

DSK Benelli currently sells the TNT 25, TNT 300, TNT 600i, TNT 600 GT, TNT 899 and TNT R models in the Indian market. All these motorcycles are assembled locally at the DSK Benelli group’s CKD plant in Maharashtra.
