Ducati Panigale V2, V4 Limited Editions Unveiled in Race-Inspired Liveries

The Ducati Panigale V2 and Panigale V4 limited-edition superbikes come with the respective rider's autograph and the official colours of their respective teams.

Ducati has revealed five limited-edition units of the Panigale V2 and Panigale V4, featuring the liveries of their 2023 MotoGP, WorldSBK, and WorldSSP Champions. Ducati and Francesco Bagnaia were crowned the 2023 MotoGP World Champions, while Jorge Martin and Mooney VR46 Racing team’s Marco Bezzecchi finished second and third, respectively. To celebrate this, the Italian manufacturer has released the limited-edition Panigale V4 superbike divided into three batches of 263 units, 189 units, and 72 units paying homage to Bagnaia, Martin, and Bezzecchi, respectively. Each motorcycle comes with the respective rider's autograph and the official colours of their respective teams.

Meanwhile, the exclusive Ducati Giallo livery is a nod to Alvaro Bautista's second World Superbike title win in the Jerez opener. The very same livery was also admired at the Misano round where Ducati rider clinched a commanding victory. Moreover, the brand also offers carbon fibre winglets, grey Marchesini forged wheels, and a brushed aluminium tank with the bike. 219 units of the Panigale V4 Bautista 2023 World Champion Replica with the rider's signature will be manufactured.

Last but not least, Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing WSSP Team) won Race 1 at Portimao astride the Panigale V2 and became Supersport World Champion, giving Ducati the World Manufacturers' Title in the WorldSSP category. To mark this occasion, Ducati will produce only 111 units of the Panigale V2 Bulega 2023 World Champion Replica.

In addition to the cosmetic changes, the motorcycles come with a fuel tank signed by the rider, a single-piece saddle, as well as a billet aluminium steering plate with a laser-engraved production number. The design is complemented by an Akrapovic exhaust system, a nine-disc dry clutch, racing plexiglass, adjustable billet aluminium Rizoma foot pegs, a TFT display, GPS, and carbon fibre parts such as rear exhaust manifolds, alternator cover, rear mudguard, and front brake ducts.

Ducati Panigale V2, V4 Limited Editions: Powertrain

The MotoGP and WorldSBK limited-edition bikes are based on the Panigale V4 S. Therefore, they are equipped with a 1,103cc V4 engine that belts out 207bhp (210hp) and 123Nm of peak torque in stock trim. In terms of hardware, the bikes feature a monocoque chassis, suspended by Ohlins upside-down front forks and a rear mono-shock, both are fully adjustable. Stopping down these bikes are Brembo Stylema brake callipers. 

As for the Panigale V2 Bulega 2023 World Champion Replica, Ducati offers a 955cc, twin-cylinder engine with 153bhp and 104Nm of torque.

Ducati Panigale V2, V4 Limited Editions: Price

Overseas, the limited editions are priced at a starting price of $ 43,000 (roughly Rs 35.80 lakh) for the Panigale V2 Bulega edition, and go up to $ 73,000 (Rs 60.78 lakh) for the Panigale V4 Bagnaia 2023 World Champion edition. Between these two sit the Panigale V4 Martin 2023 Racing edition, the Panigale V4 Bezzecchi 2023 Racing trim, and the Panigale V4 Bautista 2023 World Champion Replica, priced at $ 68,000, $ 63,000, and $ 68,000, respectively.
