The Harley-Davidson X440 T has been launched in India, following its earlier unveiling that highlighted several notable upgrades over the standard X440 on which it is based. This is the second model to emerge from the Harley–Hero partnership and now takes the position of the flagship offering in the range, priced at Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
Bookings will commence on December 7, 2025, both at Harley-Davidson and Hero Premia dealerships, alongside the brand’s dedicated online portal. In addition to the introduction of the X440 T, the company has reduced the prices of the Vivid and S variants. Here’s everything you need to know.

The bike stands out from the standard X440 with a redesigned rear subframe. The updated three-quarter section closes the gap between the fender and wheel, resulting in a slender, more proportionate look. The all-new tail unit, paired with redesigned grab handles, not only sharpens the overall look but also improves pillion comfort. The X440 T also features a wider and flatter handlebar. It is offered in four colour options: Vivid Black, Pearl Red, Pearl White, and Pearl Blue.

In terms of technology, the X440 T gains ride-by-wire, two selectable riding modes (Road and Rain), switchable rear ABS, switchable traction control, and a Panic Braking Alert system. The X440 T weighs 192 kg, which makes it 1.5 kg heavier than the regular model.
The X440 T has the same 440cc air-oil-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 27.3bhp and 38Nm, and is paired with a six-speed gearbox. It also continues to feature a 43mm KYB USD front fork with 130mm of travel and twin gas-charged rear shock absorbers with 7-step preload adjustment. Braking is handled by a 320mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc.
The price of the X440 S variant has been reduced by Rs 24,600, now costing Rs 2.55 lakh, down from Rs 2.79 lakh.
Meanwhile, the Vivid variant has received a Rs 25,000 price cut and is now priced at Rs 2.34 lakh, reduced from its earlier price of Rs 2.59 lakh. All are ex-showroom prices.
