Honda Africa Twin Adventure Roads Special Edition: Appearance

The brand-new Adventure Roads version has a bold tricolour paint job and a variety of protective add-ons, such as radiator guards, fog lights, crash and engine bars, and fog lights. A distinctive logo on the tank and new wheel stripes are two more aesthetic upgrades that set the model apart. Although these changes improve the bike's tough look and off-road capability, the fundamental technical features are the same as those of the premium Africa Twin model.

Honda Africa Twin Adventure Roads Special Edition: Engine Specs

In terms of mechanicals, the bike is still the same. A potent 1,084cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke parallel-twin engine paired with a six-speed manual or six-speed dual-clutch gearbox powers the adventure tourer. The motorcycle can generate 103Nm of peak torque at 6,000rpm and 99bhp of maximum power at 7,500rpm. Equipped with a 24.5-litre fuel tank, the bike has a ground clearance of 210mm.

The kerb weight of the bike stands at 239 kg for the manual gearbox version and 249 kg for the DCT gearbox version. Depending on the rider's comfort level and height, the Africa Twin Adventure Roads Special seat can be adjusted from 810mm to 830mm.

The Adventure Roads' electronic suspension provides enhanced ride dynamics. Nevertheless, with a mere 75 units produced, this unique model is only offered in the UK market. Due to its limited availability, the Adventure Roads edition, which is slightly more expensive than the regular model, is expected to sell out quickly.

As far as the Indian market is concerned, the manual version of the Africa Twin costs Rs 16 lakh, while the DCT variant is priced at Rs 17.55 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom figures.
