At the Mahindra Blues Festival in Mumbai, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles revealed a distinctive paint option for its iconic Jawa 350. Called the Jawa 350 Blue, the bike clothed in a new paint offers the classic motorcycle a fresh look. Mystique Orange, Black, and Maroon are the three colour options that are currently offered for the Jawa 350. Very shortly, the company's retail stores will begin selling the new, eye-catching blue paint option, which is inspired by the festival’s theme of ‘Celebrating the Women in Blues’. For those unaware, the Jawa 350 costs Rs 2.15 lakh (ex-showroom) and is offered in just one variant in our market. It competes with models such as the Royal Enfield Classic 350, the Harley-Davidson X440, and more.

The newly revealed blue hue comprises a triple-tone treatment on the fuel tank. It boasts chrome embellishments on the sides and a blue tint in the middle of the bike, along with golden pinstripes that enhance the bike's classic appearance. Other than paintwork, the bike's mechanics and other features are unaltered.

New Jawa 350: Key Highlights

Last month, the company released the revised Jawa 350 in India, carrying a marginal price increase over the previous model. The inclusion of a new 334cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled motor with 28.1Nm and 22.2bhp is among the most significant changes. The engine comes with a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch and assist.

As for the hardware, the modified Jawa 350 encompasses a new dual-cradle frame and pre-load adjustable dual shock absorbers (100mm wheel travel) and a 35mm telescopic fork (135mm wheel travel) as its suspension components. With dual-channel ABS as standard, the motorcycle's 280mm front and 240mm rear discs are employed for braking. The new Jawa 350 comes equipped with 18-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked wheels, shod in 100-section front and 130-section rear tube-type tyres.

The all-new Jawa 350 weighs 1 kilogram less than the Royal Enfield Classic 350, hitting the scales at 194 kg. It has a fuel tank capacity of 13.2 litres, a ground clearance of 178mm, and a seat height of 802mm. Its wheelbase stands at 1,449mm.
