Justin Bieber X Vespa Special Edition Scooter launched in India at Rs 6.45 lakh

Piaggio has introduced a limited-edition Vespa scooter in India that was co-created with Canadian pop sensation and pop star Justin Bieber and retails for Rs 6.45 lakh. The outcome of this collaboration, known as the JUSTIN BIEBER X VESPA, is a collector's model limited edition that combines Bieber's artistic ingenuity with Vespa's timeless design. This special Vespa scooter which has been designed by Justin Bieber is now up for booking as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) import, is sure to enthral fans all across India. The vast majority of the scooter is mostly white in colour, and notably, it is fitted with whitewall tyres, a rarity in modern times. In addition, white flames have been painted over the white background.

JUSTIN BIEBER X VESPA: Design Details

Bieber chooses a minimalist black and white aesthetic for his Vespa scooter design. Everything about this white Vespa Sprint is immaculate: the paint, the grips, the spokes, and the saddle. The brand's emblem and the drawn flames on the scooter's exterior are both done in white.

During its global debut in 2022, Justin Bieber said, “The first time I rode a Vespa was somewhere in Europe, probably either London or Paris. I just remember seeing a Vespa and being like ‘I want to ride one of those’. And I had such a great time, just the wind flying through my hair, the freedom. That was a lot of fun.

“I love Vespa, and to partner with such a classic brand is so cool. Being able to express myself, whether it's through art, music, visuals, or aesthetics, being able to create something from nothing - it's a part of me. Ultimately the goal in creating and designing is always to put your own unique spin on things", he added.

The JUSTIN BIEBER X VESPA for the Indian market will use the 150cc engine with modern upgrades to meet stringent pollution regulations. The combination of Vespa's classic design and Bieber's artistic flair highlights the value of the alliance beyond a simple vehicle release.

JUSTIN BIEBER X VESPA: Engine

The Vespa Sprint 150, a popular scooter in the United States, served as the foundation for this limited edition version. For clarity, that's a 155cc, single-cylinder engine producing 12bhp and 12.4Nm of torque. A single-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS) is standard, as are 12-inch wheels front and rear. Vespa's Justin Bieber limited edition scooter features a TFT screen with Bluetooth and app connectivity.
