Kawasaki India introduces K-Care package for its 2021 Ninja ZX-10R customers

Kawasaki India plans on offering a hassle-free ownership experience to its 2021 Ninja ZX-10R customers in India. Hence, it has announced a K-Care package that offers benefits in the after-sales department

Kawasaki India has introduced a K-Care package for its customer purchasing the Ninja ZX-10R. The new after sales package includes an extension in warranty and offers an annual maintenance contract (AMC) for a tenure of four-years from the time of purchase. Although this package is exclusively tailored for the 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, the officials have confirmed that company is working to provide similar benefits for customers opting other Kawasaki products. The current Kawasaki owners will unfortunately miss out on the benefits of extending warranty and AMC that the company is working on.

Kawasaki offers a two-year/30,000km standard warranty on the Ninja ZX-10R. The K-Care pack will cover the 2021 Ninja ZX-10R for the next two-years/50,000km - a total of 4-year in the complete ownership tenure of the motorcycle. The cost for the K-Care package is yet to be announced and the company plans on bringing similar benefits to its customers opting for other Kawasaki models in its 2021 line-up.

Kawasaki ZX-10R was launched in India last month for an ex-showroom cost of Rs 14.99 lakh. The motorcycle is made available to its customers via the CKD route. For the 2021 model year (MY21), Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R gets a heavily reworked 998cc in-line four-cylinder engine. The peak power is rated at 200bhp at 13,200rpm, and the peak torque of 114Nm comes in at 11,400rpm. The engine gets a Finger follower valve actuation mechanism coated with Diamond-like Carbon. Buyers looking for options in the litre-class super-sport segment can also consider the BMW S 1000 RR and Honda CBR1000RR-R.
