KTM 450 Rally Replica Unveiled with Dakar-Level Performance, Limited to 150 Units

KTM has revealed the 2025 450 Rally Replica and the ultra-exclusive 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition. These limited-run rally bikes are built for extreme off-road performance, closely resembling the machines used by KTM's Dakar Rally factory teams. Designed for serious rally riders and collectors, both models bring factory-spec engineering to the public. The 450 Rally Replica features a hydro-formed, laser-cut steel trellis frame that’s hand-welded at and will be made at KTM’s motorsport facility in Austria. Built for strength and durability, it comes with a unique 16-litre rear fuel tank that also acts as the subframe. Alongside two front tanks (9-litre and 9.5-litre), the bike offers a total fuel capacity of 34.5 litres.

For rugged terrains, KTM has equipped the bike with premium WP XACT PRO suspension and 48mm closed-cartridge cone valve forks. A Scotts steering damper adds high-speed stability. This bike also features a carbon-fibre navigation tower fitted with a digital roadbook system, plus the option to switch to a traditional paper roadbook.

KTM 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition

The KTM 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition is even more exclusive, with only five units produced globally. It carries Red Bull factory team livery and a Daniel Sanders signature sticker kit, including a signed front number plate. Each unit includes a race-ready wheelset with Michelin tyres and an additional set with street-legal tyres.

Both models are powered by a reworked 450cc single-cylinder SOHC engine with a heavy-duty clutch and reinforced gearbox for rally endurance. A dual-radiator cooling system maintains temperature during intense rides, while a titanium Akrapovic exhaust system enhances power delivery and rally-style sound.
