- The Harley-Davidson X440 T features bar-end mirrors, four new colours, redesigned tail section.
- Mechanically, it is expected to be similar to the standard X440.
Harley-Davidson, in partnership with Hero MotoCorp, has unveiled the all-new X440 T. As the name suggests, the bike is based on the X440, but there are several key changes that set it apart. From the official rear-three-quarter images, we can see that the X440 T has a more sculpted and assertive design than its sibling. The rear appears compact and sharp, with reduced space between the wheel and fender. Other highlights include bar-end mirrors and four colour options (Red, Black, Blue and White), and fresh graphics.

Harley hasn’t released any images of the front, so it’s difficult to confirm if there are significant changes there, though any updates are expected to be minimal. As for the features, no official details have been shared, but the absence of the large throttle cable found on the X440 suggests that the X440T may have switched to a ride-by-wire system. If this comes out to be true, it could bring new functionalities such as customisable riding modes and optional traction control.
While specifics are still under wraps, the X440T is likely to retain most of the X440’s mechanical and hardware setup. For reference, the X440 has a 440cc air-oil-cooled engine that produces a maximum power output of 26bhp and a peak torque of 38Nm, and is paired with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch.

The suspension setup includes 43mm upside-down forks with a dual-cartridge damping system at the front and twin gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is handled by disc brakes at both ends, with a sizable 320mm front rotor and dual-channel ABS as standard. The Harley-Davidson X440 comes in three variants: Denim, Vivid, and S.
