Triumph India has revealed the prices for the 2025 iteration of the Speed Triple 1200 RS, following its global debut earlier this year. The updated naked sportsbike is Rs 2.44 lakh more expensive than its predecessor at Rs 20.39 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). It has the same engine (1160cc, liquid-cooled, three-cylinder), but more power and torque. The engine is tuned for more performance, resulting in power and torque outputs of 180.4bhp and 128Nm, respectively. Triumph says that drawing inspiration from Triumph’s Moto2 experience, the motor has been refined to deliver increased power, better durability, and reduced weight.
One of the key upgrades is the new free-flowing exhaust system paired with a compact silencer. Notably, Triumph is offering a premium Akrapovic silencer as a standout accessory for the new iteration. Read on for more details.

For 2025, the bike's ergonomics and hardware have also seen noticeable changes. For instance, the handlebar is now wider and a bit taller. Moreover, there is now a fully electronically adjustable 43mm Ohlins inverted front fork and an Ohlins monoshock at the rear for suspension. They use a smart system called Objective Based Tuning Interface (OBTi), which allows riders to fine-tune the suspension’s compression and rebound damping electronically, depending on their preferences or riding conditions.
In addition, the bike gets several rider aids such as engine braking control, a fully adjustable cruise control, and wheelie control.
The 2025 Speed Triple 1200 RS has performance-focused updates. It now features grippier Pirelli Supercorsa V3 tyres instead of the previous Metzeler Racetec RR setup. However, the wheel size (120/70-ZR17 at the front and 190/55-ZR17 at the rear) is the same. Other amenities include cornering ABS, switchable cornering traction control, a 5-inch TFT screen, five riding modes, and a standard steering damper.
