Ola Electric will commence deliveries of its Roadster X electric motorcycle on May 23, 2025. Bhavish Aggarwal, the company’s Founder and CEO, announced this update on the social media platform X, expressing his enthusiasm for customers to finally experience the bike firsthand. The Roadster X is part of Ola Electric’s latest electric motorcycle lineup, which also includes the Roadster and Roadster Pro models. Initially, the company had anticipated beginning deliveries of its electric motorcycles toward the end of fiscal year 2025, with the Roadster Pro expected to launch significantly later, near the end of fiscal year 2026.
Drawing inspiration from the concept unveiled in 2023, the Roadster range is engineered on the advanced third-generation platform and powered by BharatCell – India’s own 4680-format battery technology.
