Ola has introduced an exclusive Sona Edition of its S1 Pro electric scooter, with 24-carat gold-plated parts. The limited-edition model celebrates the brand's sales and network expansion into new markets and is available through a contest, meaning it cannot be purchased directly. There’s no information on how many S1 Pro Sona Edition units will be available. However, those interested in owning this stunning gold-plated scooter can participate in the contest through several options. For instance, participants can post an Instagram reel with an Ola S1 scooter or share a picture or selfie outside an Ola store, tagging Ola Electric with the hashtag #OlaSonaContest. Ola S1 Pro Sona Edition: What’s New?

The Sona Edition's elegant 24-carat gold plating on several important components, such as the brake levers, wheel rims, side stand, pillion grab rail, and footpegs, sets it apart from the standard S1 Pro. It also features a gold-finished 'OLA' badge and 'Sona' lettering in Hindi, adding to its exclusive appeal.

The seat is covered in dark beige Nappa leather with golden stitching for a sophisticated look. Moreover, the scooter boasts an enhanced version of MoveOS, which includes a gold-themed interface, a unique ‘Sona’ mode, and a specially designed dashboard that complements the scooter’s luxurious features.

Ola S1 Pro Sona Edition: Other Highlights

While the Sona Edition brings striking visual enhancements, the core specifications and features remain the same as the standard model. The scooter is powered by an 11 kW mid-mounted electric motor and a battery that offers a range of 195 kilometres on a single charge.

The S1 Pro (Gen 2) is priced at Rs 1.29 lakh (starting, ex-showroom), and has a top speed of 120km/h.
