Ola is back with its annual 'Sankalp' event on Independence Day, showcasing cutting-edge innovations for India's automotive industry. One of the main highlights is the S1 Pro Sport, an advanced version of its flagship electric scooter. Priced starting at Rs 1.50 lakh, the scooter is the first in India to be equipped with an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Additionally, the S1 Pro Sport also features a segment-best 320 kilometres of IDC range, providing a significant advantage over competitors like the Ather 450 Apex, which offers 157 kilometres.
The S1 Pro Sport stands with its appealing design, marked by streamlined aerodynamics and an ergonomically contoured front seat. The sporty character is enhanced by a specially tuned suspension setup, promising sharper handling and a more engaging riding experience. The eye-catching and finishing touches, like carbon-fibre detailing elevate the scooter's premium appeal, creating a distinctive edge on the road.

Other highlights include precision mirrors, a slipstream grab handle, and a 14-inch front wheel. The addition of the ADAS camera represents a major step forward for rider safety with intelligent features.
The new S1 Pro Sport gets its power from a 5.2kWh battery, and churns out a maximum power of 21.45bhp (16kW), and a maximum torque of 71Nm.

The top speed of 152km/h helps the Pro Sport to position itself among the fastest e-scooters in its category. It has a 0-40km/h acceleration time of 2 seconds, and an IDC range of 320 kilometres.
The new S1 Pro Sport has an introductory price of Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings for the sportier scooter are now open with a token amount of Rs 999, while deliveries are set to begin in January 2026.
