Ola has added a new variant to the S1 X+ lineup in India, with a 5.2kWh battery pack at an introductory price of Rs 1.30 lakh. The mentioned price is ex-showroom and valid until April 15, 2026. The new version features locally developed 4680 Bharat Cell and has an IDC range of 320 kilometres and a top speed of 125km/h. For the uninitiated, the S1 X+ is the flagship electric scooter in the Ola S1 X range. It is also available with a 4kWh battery pack, priced at Rs 1.02 lakh (ex-showroom).
The S1 X+ equipped with the 4kWh battery uses an 11kW (14.75bhp) mid-drive motor, enabling a top speed of 125km/h and a 0 to 40km/h sprint time of 2.7 seconds. The range is rated at 242 kilometres. In terms of features, the scooter includes four riding modes (Hyper, Sports, Normal, and Eco), a front disc brake, and a 4.3-inch colour display. While the top speed stays unchanged, the S1 X+ 5.2kWh offers a higher range than its sibling while retaining the same motor.
