Royal Enfield has expanded its 650cc lineup with the introduction of the Classic 650 – a motorcycle that blends timeless styling with modern performance. Naturally, it draws comparisons to the Interceptor 650, the brand’s popular roadster in the same segment. While both bikes share the same 648cc parallel-twin engine and similar power figures, they cater to different riding styles and preferences. The Classic 650 leans into a retro-inspired design, comfort-focused ergonomics, and relaxed cruising dynamics, whereas the Interceptor 650 is built for spirited urban and highway rides with its sportier stance and roadster character. This spec comparison explores the key differences between the two models – covering design, features, performance, and components – to help riders decide which Royal Enfield 650 best suits their needs.

Building upon the cherished aesthetic of the Classic 350, this model becomes the sixth motorcycle built on Royal Enfield’s 650 Twin platform.
