The KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track has made its debut in the international market as the first pure track machine in the brand's Super Duke Range. It is limited to 100 units globally and is about 20 kg lighter than the 1390 Super Duke R. The bike is developed exclusively for track use and does not feature any road-legal parts. It is the most extreme and focused motorcycle to ever roll out of the Mattighofen factory. Read on to know more.

KTM has made weight reduction the central focus of the 1390 Super Duke RR Track’s (has a kerb weight of 177 kg) design. For example, the bike weighs 9 kg less than the street-legal 1390 Super Duke RR and 20 kg lighter than the standard 1390 Super Duke R. These weight savings come from carbon-fibre bodywork, forged magnesium wheels, a titanium Akrapovič Evolution Line exhaust, titanium hardware, and a simplified electronics package.

The motorcycle features WP Pro fully adjustable suspension inspired by MotoGP machines. This setup enables riders to fine-tune for different tracks and riding styles. Stopping power comes from a Brembo Superbike-spec system, and the bike rides on Michelin slick tyres. Other key highlights include a 4.2-inch instrument console, and a dedicated suite of track-oriented electronics, including five levels of engine brake control, adjustable throttle response, a bidirectional quickshifter, six levels of wheelie control, and three riding modes.
While it has the same 1350cc liquid-cooled V-twin engine as the standard Super Duke (187bhp/145Nm), the 1390 Super Duke RR Track (199bhp/151Nm) produces about 12bhp and 6Nm more.
Limited to only 100 units globally, the KTM 1390 Super Duke RR Track is expected to reach authorised dealers by May 2026. In India, however, the bike's availability remains doubtful. Although KTM has been expanding its premium motorcycle range in the country, the RR Track’s highly exclusive production run signifies that it is likely to be primarily reserved for the European market and elite customers.
