Triumph Motorcycles has announced a festive-season price reduction for its Speed 400 and Speed T4 models in India, making them more accessible to buyers during the peak sales period. The ex-showroom price of the Speed 400 has been reduced by up to Rs 16,797, bringing it down to Rs 2,33,754 from Rs 2,50,551, while the Speed T4 is available at Rs 1,92,539 from Rs 2,06,738. This move comes at a time when several motorcycle manufacturers have raised prices following the recent hike in Goods and Services Tax (GST) on bikes above 350cc. With the GST rate now at 40 per cent, many brands have adjusted their prices upward to offset added costs. Triumph, however, has chosen to absorb the increase, maintaining price stability and focusing on customer value.

In partnership with Bajaj Auto, Triumph is focusing on delivering accessible ownership without compromising performance or brand appeal. The pricing update for the Speed 400 and Speed T4 comes as part of a broader effort to attract a wider customer base. With the festive season around the corner, this move could help Triumph strengthen its foothold and appeal to buyers seeking high-quality motorcycles within a competitive price range.

Both the Speed 400 and Speed T4 play a critical role in Triumph’s India strategy, having significantly boosted the brand’s sales since their debut. Between FY2023 and FY2024, these models nearly doubled monthly sales figures, indicating strong demand in the mid-size premium motorcycle category.
