Although the Speed Triple 1200 RX shares much of its electronic suite with the 1200 RS, including cruise control, cornering traction control, five riding modes, and independently adjustable wheelie control, it sets itself apart with key ergonomic upgrades. The RX features lower and more forward-set clip-on handlebars, which help create a noticeably sportier rider triangle. The footpegs have also been repositioned higher and further back to support a more aggressive riding posture. Additionally, the seat has been redesigned to offer more space. Cosmetically, the bike stands out with an appealing neon yellow and black paint scheme, accented by RX graphics.

Triumph has enhanced the Speed Triple 1200 RX’s performance credentials by equipping it with an Akrapovic exhaust and carbon fibre accents as standard. Interestingly, despite these lightweight additions, the RX weighs in at 199 kg, which is 1 kg more than the RS.

The RX features Ohlins SmartEC 3.0 electronically adjustable suspension, with USD forks up front and a monoshock at the rear. It also has an Ohlins SD EC electronic steering damper. For braking, the bike uses dual front discs paired with Brembo Stylema monobloc callipers, and a single disc at the rear.
