Street Triple R India Launch

The Street Triple R now demands Rs 31,000 more than before while the pricing for the Rocket 3 has been hiked in the range of Rs 85,000 to Rs 1,05,000. All other Triumph offerings continue to be priced the same

With the start of the new financial year, Triumph has hiked the prices of select motorcycles in its range. The Street Triple R is now priced at Rs 9.15 lakh – which is a hike of roughly Rs 31,000 from its launch price in August 2020. Meanwhile the Rocket 3 is now priced starting at Rs 19.35 lakh for the R trim and Rs 19.95 lakh for the one with the GT suffix. Both these offerings previously demanded Rs 18.50 lakh and Rs 18.90 lakh respectively.

Last month, Triumph took the wraps off the Rocket 3 R Black and the Rocket 3 GT Triple Black. Both these motorcycles have now been launched in India at Rs 20.35 lakh and Rs 20.95 lakh respectively. You can read more about both these motorcycles here.

Triumph has been on a motorcycle launching spree so far this year. The UK-based bike maker commenced the year with the introduction of the Speed Triple 1200 RS in India, just two days after its global launch. In February, Triumph brought in the Tiger 850 Sport, the most affordable motorcycle in their ADV range. Both these launches were then followed by their updated Bonneville range, inclusive of the Street Twin, T100, T120 and the Speedmaster. From their classic range, Triumph is yet to being in the updated Bonneville Bobber. Earlier this month, the Hinckley-based motorcycle manufacturer brought in the most affordable Triumph ever, the Trident, earlier this month with a phenomenal price tag of Rs 6.95 lakh.
