TVS Motor Company has added a new variant to its popular commuter motorcycle lineup with the launch of the Raider 125 Dual-disc in India. Priced from Rs 93,800 (ex-showroom), this new version introduces a dual-disc brake setup with single-channel ABS on the front wheel. The update is aimed at improving braking confidence and control, especially in everyday city traffic. Alongside this, TVS has packed in Boost Mode and Glide Through Technology (GTT) for smoother and more responsive rides. With these updates, the company is positioning the Raider 125 Dual-disc as a more advanced and rider-focused commuter in the crowded 125cc category, offering a balanced mix of safety, performance, and practicality.

The Raider 125 Dual-disc now features a 240mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc, which together gives better stooping power. The bike also gets wider tyres (90/90-17 at the front and 110/80-17 at the rear), offering better grip in varied road conditions.
Power comes from the familiar 124.8cc engine. What’s new is the Boost Mode, which helps deliver an extra shot of power for quick overtakes. Glide Through Technology, on the other hand, allows for smoother low-speed riding, ideal for tackle stop-and-go conditions without constant clutch use. Together, these features make the Raider 125 Dual-disc more efficient and more commuter-friendly than ever.
Visually, the bike gets a fresh look with new colour options such as metallic silver with red alloy wheels and a sporty dual-tone red with white stripes. Riders can also choose between a reverse LCD cluster or a full-colour TFT display with TVS SmartXonnect, enabling Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and call alerts. These tech-focused upgrades add to the Raider’s modern appeal and usability.

Other features include riding modes, a split seat, under-seat storage, and a Follow Me Headlamp function. The new model is now open for bookings at TVS dealerships across India, with deliveries expected within two weeks in major cities.
