Italian two-wheeler maker VLF (Velocifero) has extended the introductory pricing of Rs 1.30 lakh for the Mobster 135 to an additional 500 customers across India. Initially, the special price offer was available only to the first 2,500 buyers, but strong demand has prompted the company to open the opportunity for more customers. The Mobster 135, brought here by Motohaus, is VLF’s first petrol-powered scooter for the Indian market. It comes in four colours: Crimson Override, Ghostlight, Ash Circuit, and Neon Venom. The Mobster 135 looks contemporary and sporty. It features a split-headlamp setup, a tall visor, and angular side panels, all of which contribute to a commanding road presence. The seat is single-piece and slightly stepped up, while the footrests have a split-style.

In terms of features, the VLF scooter has a 5-inch TFT display that ensures modern connectivity for the rider, with Bluetooth integration, turn-by-turn navigation, and call and SMS alerts. Key convenience features include keyless ignition, a USB charging port, and ample under-seat storage capable of fitting a half-face helmet.

As for the safety, the scooter offers dual-channel ABS and switchable traction control. Riders can also opt to add a dashcam for enhanced safety.
Dimensionally, the Mobster 135 measures 1,873mm in length, 746mm in width, and 1,120mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 1,341mm and a kerb weight of 122 kg.
The Mobster is driven by a 125cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that churns out a maximum power output of 12.1bhp at 8,250rpm and 11.7Nm at 6,500rpm. The unit is mated to an Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT).
The scooter has a top speed of 100km/h, and a mileage of 46km/l. The suspension components include a telescopic fork and dual gas-charged rear shock absorbers. Stopping power comes from a 230mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc.
