2020 Jaguar F-TYPE launched at Rs 95.12 lakh

The 2020 Jaguar F-TYPE goes on sale in four trims and nine variants. It continues to be powered by either a 2.0-litre four-cylinder Ingenium engine (P300) or a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 motor (P450/P575).

Without an official launch, Jaguar has silently updated the prices of the 2020 F-TYPE facelift on its India website. The new range starts from ₹95.12 lakh for the standard 2.0-litre Coupé and goes up to ₹2.42 crore for the range-topping 5.0-litre AWD Convertible R.

As mentioned above, there are four trim options to choose from – Standard (Coupé only), R-Dynamic (Coupé/Convertible), R (Coupé/Convertible), and First Edition (limited-edition, Coupé only). These four trims have been divided into nine variants across the range, a break-up of which is mentioned below:

2020 Jaguar F-TYPE (Variant-wise Ex-Showroom prices):

The 2.0-litre in-line four-cylinder turbo Ingenium motor will be available in a single state of tune (P300), which offers 296bhp & 400Nm of torque, whereas the 5.0-litre supercharged V8 will be offered in two configurations – P450 (444bhp & 580Nm of torque) and P575 (567bhp & 700Nm of torque). The P575 configuration will be available exclusively with all-wheel drive (AWD) only in the F-TYPE R Coupé and Convertible. Rest of the configurations will have rear-wheel drive (RWD).

In terms of changes, the 2020 F-TYPE gets plenty of updates, ranging from a new, sculpted front-end to redesigned taillights. Inside, too, the changes are noticeable, courtesy of a new 12.3-inch Interactive Driver Display and a larger infotainment touchscreen than before.
