The new Kia Seltos facelift replaces the 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine with a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit that is more potent. For a hybrid system, the Zeta+ and Alpha+ trims of the SUV receive an engine with a slightly larger displacement that is combined with an electric motor. The 1.5-litre gasoline engine in these versions produces 122Nm of maximum torque at up to 4,800rpm and 91bhp of peak power at 5,500rpm. There is also a petrol-CNG version available. The SUV's peak power and torque ratings in this version are 99bhp and 136Nm, respectively. The SUV offers three different types of transmissions: an e-CVT, a six-speed automatic, and a five-speed manual gearbox.

The 2023 Kia Seltos comes in 5 diesel-manual variations, with prices starting at Rs 11.99 lakh and going up to Rs 18.29 lakh.
