Land Rover has taken the wraps off the 2024 iteration of the Range Rover Evoque SUV. Nicknamed P300e, the model comes powered by a 1.5-litre 3-cylinder mild-hybrid gas engine, providing a power output of 158bhp. The mild-hybrid system, with a 14.9kWh battery, is claimed to have an electric-only range of up to 62 kilometres. Whereas a plug-in hybrid system in union with an 80kW electric motor offers 305bhp of power. With this electric-hybrid setup, the Evoque can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 6.4 seconds. On offer is also a 2.0-litre mild-hybrid engine, which delivers 246bhp of maximum power, and a 2.0-litre diesel mill, which produces either 161bhp or 201bhp. A DC fast charger, which is standard on the Evoque P300e, will charge the battery from 0 to 80 per cent in only 30 minutes. Using a 7kW home charger, it can be charged from 0 to 100 per cent in two hours.
