In the lead-up to the launch on November 4, 2025, Hyundai is steadily revealing key details about the all-new Venue to build anticipation. We have recently been introduced to the powertrain lineup for the 2025 model year. As expected, Hyundai continues to offer the same set of options for the Venue – a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and 1.5-litre diesel.
However, the updated SUV gains a 6-speed automatic transmission for the diesel unit. In addition to the mechanical updates, Hyundai is revamping its variant structure with a modern alphanumeric system under the new ‘HX’ branding, which stands for ‘Hyundai Experience.’ The updated lineup will feature four diesel trims (HX2, HX5, HX7, HX10), and seven petrol models (HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX6T, HX8, HX10).
Commenting on the all-new Hyundai Venue, Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited, said, 'The all-new Hyundai VENUE is designed to thrill, engineered to perform, and built to inspire. With cutting-edge powertrain options, advanced drive and traction control modes, and sporty paddle shifters, the all-new Venue delivers unmatched performance both in bustling city streets and winding country roads.'

We are confident that the all-new Hyundai VENUE will not just meet expectations but set new benchmarks in India’s compact SUV segment.'

The all-new Venue now sports a dual 12.3-inch curved screen that combines the infotainment and driver display into a single seamless panel, a significant upgrade over the outgoing model’s 8-inch setup. It comes with Hyundai’s Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC), powered by NVIDIA, promising enhanced connectivity and a next-level in-car digital experience. Other amenities include a voice-activated sunroof, a Bose 8-speaker audio system, ventilated front seats, Surround View Monitor (SVM), wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 70 Hyundai BlueLink connected services, and a Blind Spot View Monitor (BVM) for safer lane changes.
In terms of safety, the SUV features SmartSense Level-2 ADAS with 16 driver-assistance technologies such as smart cruise control with stop-and-go, lane keeping assist, and driver attention warning, alongside over 65 advanced safety systems, 33 of which come standard across all trims. Additionally, the new Venue also supports over-the-air updates for 20 electronic controllers.
The 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol produces 82bhp of power and 114Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol delivers 118bhp and 172Nm, and is available with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCT).
