Eccentric Engine launches Concierge Livestream Commerce platform

Technology incubator Eccentric Engine has introduced a new and industry-first Virtual Sales Advisor for the Nissan Magnite by launching its Livestream Commerce experience platform, Concierge. The feature is the latest addition to the Magnite's Digital Showroom on Nissan's Shop@Home platform.

If you plan to purchase your Nissan Magnite online, you can now avail the assistance of a virtual product expert in real-time!

Technology incubator Eccentric Engine has introduced a new and industry-first Virtual Sales Advisor for the Nissan Magnite by launching its Livestream Commerce experience platform, Concierge. The feature is the latest addition to the Magnite's Digital Showroom on Nissan's Shop@Home platform.

'This is a first-of-its-kind digital platform with embedded native experience by any automotive company globally and outlines new possibilities to drive automotive retail innovations. After successfully creating the 3D Configurator and 3D commerce platforms for the Nissan Magnite, the Concierge is a testament of our growing partnership and will go a long way in humanizing and accelerating the vehicle buying process in real-time,' said Varun Shah, Co-Founder and CEO, Eccentric Engine.

Prior to joining hands with Nissan, Eccentric Engine, with its One 3D visualisation platform, has also helped automotive giants like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, MG Motor and most recently Citroën visualise over 60 vehicle models. Apart from the Magnite, we also got a chance to experience the Citroën C5 Aircross in its digital form. The platform's attention to detail, photorealistic 3D modelling with bare-minimum data usage and the ability to showcase any variant of the vehicle proved to be some of the most praiseworthy aspects of the 3D platform.

As for Concierge, it offers customers a personalized interaction with a product expert (in real-time) that provides information about the vehicle, product and ownership related queries, variant suggestions, financing and exchange value options, as well as virtual test drives and booking the car online. The platform aims to provide complete end-to-end informational and transactional assistance in the customer's journey to make an informed buying decision.
