Five new Lexus India service centres launched

In its second phase of expansion, Lexus plans on launching seven more service points next year.
This crucial announcement by the brand marks the beginning of the current phase of Lexus's service network expansion. The five new cities, which have been included in the current phase, are Pune, Lucknow, Madurai, Coimbatore, and Kozhikode. Dedicated to fulfilling its commitment to exceptional customer service, Lexus already has a strong network of service centres in several metropolises, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Chandigarh.
Sharing his thoughts on the announcement, Mr Naveen Soni (President – Lexus India) said, 'Enhancing our guest’s experience and curating amenities that cater to overall service support has always been an imperative focus for Lexus India. Incorporating elements of hospitality and exceptional services. The Lexus service points will ensure comprehensive service and care for the Lexus cars of our guests by our well-trained technicians. We will continue to strengthen our after-sales services and provide facilities that foster our guest’s overall experience.'
Lexus is known to provide a delightful experience to its customers by addressing and satisfying their demands. The same is evident in every aspect of the brand, from their precisely designed models to Guest Experience Centres (GEC). What's even more exciting is that Lexus is all set to introduce seven more service points in the upcoming phase two, which are expected to be operational by early 2023.
