It is well known that Hyundai's all-electric Creta SUV is already in the works, and it'll probably hit the market in 2025. After the recent launch of the revamped Hyundai Creta in India, which showcases a refreshed design and a range of additional features, the focus has now shifted to a camouflaged version suspected to be the Creta EV. Although the latest spy images of the Hyundai Creta EV are obscured by significant camouflage, it is clear that the vehicle will have the same basis as the updated Creta model. Its unique alloy wheels stand out as an electric vehicle (EV) because they're not just different from those on a regular Creta but also have an aerodynamic design designed for electric cars.

Even though it's completely hidden, the test shows off a covered grille and some new aerodynamic 17-inch wheels. Furthermore, additional elements like quad-beam LED headlights with upgraded LED DRLs, an LED light bar coupled with LED taillights, and LED sequential turn signals are anticipated to remain unchanged from the regular Creta model.

Hyundai Creta EV: Interior

The interior of the Hyundai Creta EV will likely get dual colour schemes, dual displays, electric parking brakes, armrests, a rotary dial for driving and traction, a start-stop switch for the engine, two pedals in the driver's footwell, a rearview mirror that dims automatically, and four wheels. A panoramic sunroof, an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat, wireless charging, ventilated front seats, and dual-zone temperature control are some of the other amenities that are expected.

A number of safety features are anticipated to be included in the electric car, including six airbags, a TPMS, ESC, ISOFIX mounts, a 360-degree surround camera, and Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

Hyundai Creta EV: Powertrain

The expected price range for the Hyundai Creta EV is between Rs 15 lakh and Rs 30 lakh (all figures are ex-showroom). When it hits the market, it will go up against rivals like the Mahindra XUV400, the MG ZS EV, and the soon-to-be-released Maruti Suzuki eVX. There is a lot of speculation that the Creta EV will have a stated range of over 400km, but information about the battery pack and electric motor are still few.
