Mahindra has stirred India's electric segment with the launch of its two new SUVs: BE 6e and XEV 9e. While both cars have the same powertrain, they differ in terms of interior, exterior, and certain features. The SUVs are available in several variants, including Pack 1, Pack 2, and Pack 3. Currently, the automaker has announced the prices for the Pack 1 configuration, with the BE 6e priced at Rs 18.90 lakh and the XEV 9e at Rs 21.90 lakh (both, ex-showroom). Let's take a closer look at how these two Mahindra EVs compare across their interior and exterior designs.

Mahindra BE 6e vs XEV 9e: Exterior Design

Despite the distinct looks and sizes, the Mahindra BE 6e and XEV 9e borrow certain styling cues from their concepts. The BE 6e differentiates itself with dual-barrel LED projector headlights mounted vertically. The lighted 'BE' logo adds a touch of sophistication to the front profile. In contrast, the XEV 9e has a vertical headlight housing configuration. The 'Infinite Possibilities' logo highlights the premium and forward-thinking design philosophy. The BE 6e is equipped with C-shaped LED DRLs, while the XEV 9e features inverted L-shaped connected DRLs. However, both models come with a closed-off grille. On the lower bumper, the BE 6e incorporates fog lights and a silver skid plate, while the XEV 9e embraces a silver applique. However, unlike its electric sibling, the bigger SUV forgoes the fog lights.

The black body cladding, window line, and roofline are also the same on both Mahindra EVs. The SUVs have a spoiler installed on the windshield at the back. However, the BE 6e one's design is sharper compared to its sibling.
