Range Rover has launched the Velar Autobiography to India, priced at Rs 89.90 lakh (ex-showroom). This new addition to the lineup is for those who want a premium SUV with refined looks, top-tier features, and strong performance. It sits at the top of the Velar range and aims to offer a well-rounded experience to buyers who want comfort with everyday practicality in one vehicle. The Velar Autobiography looks clean and well-balanced. You’ll notice its signature floating roof, door handles that sit flush until needed, and sharp-looking Pixel LED headlights.

There are Burnished Copper details, a contrasting black roof, and 20-inch Satin Dark Grey alloy wheels that help it stand out on the road without being too loud. The design feels thoughtfully put together.
The cabin is designed with comfort-focused features. The front seats offer a 20-way massage function and are finished in Full Extended Windsor Leather. Soft materials and Shadow Grey Ash wood veneer give the space a calm, upscale feel. The car comes with four-zone climate control, an air purification system, and configurable ambient lighting.

In the back, passengers get power-recline seats, while the Meridian 3D sound system fills the cabin with rich audio. These features make even long trips more enjoyable.
Under the bonnet, there are two engine options. The P250 petrol engine produces 247bhp and 365Nm of torque. For those looking at better efficiency, the D200 mild-hybrid diesel offers 201bhp and 430Nm of torque. The mild-hybrid system also helps with fuel savings in stop-and-go traffic.
The SUV also brings useful features for Indian road conditions. Terrain Response 2, Wade Sensing, and a 3D Surround Camera offer better control and awareness.

It also has Electronic Air Suspension and Adaptive Dynamics, which adjust the ride based on road surfaces. If you're considering something slightly more affordable, the Velar Dynamic SE is available at Rs 84.90 lakh with the same petrol engine and similar comfort.
The Velar Autobiography offers a mix of design, comfort, and technology in a package that's practical enough for daily use yet premium enough to feel special.
