Tata Nexon CNG Smart, Pure, Fearless, Creative Variants Explained: What's Different?

Tata Motors launched the Nexon CNG not that long ago, with its prices starting at Rs 8.99 lakh and going up to Rs 14.59 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom). Just like the Nexon ICE (internal combustion engine), the Nexon CNG is offered in four trim levels – Smart, Pure, Creative, and Fearless. 

The Tata Nexon CNG gets a 99bhp, 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine (with direct CNG start tech) under its hood, making it the country's first turbo-petrol CNG vehicle. It also happens to be the second model in the segment to feature a panoramic sunroof. The other is the Mahindra XUV 3XO. With the launch, the Nexon CNG joins the Tiago, Punch, Tigor, and Altroz CNG models in offering a similar twin-cylinder CNG setup. Alongside the turbo-petrol engine, the Nexon CNG also packs in new features.
