The Tata Sierra has now crossed the one lakh bookings mark, after receiving 70,000 orders in 24 hours since bookings opened on 16 December 2025. This remarkable demand underscores the SUV’s growing popularity in the premium mid-size segment. To capitalise on this demand and enhance the overall customer experience, Tata Motors plans to ramp up Sierra production, reportedly targeting around 15,000 units per month. This could translate to 1.5 lakh units annually if supply constraints are resolved. If you are planning to buy the Tata Sierra, here's a closer look at its key specifications.

Tata is offering three engine options with the Sierra SUV. The first is a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol option (104bhp/145Nm), with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT.
The second option is a 1.5-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol (158bhp/255Nm) with a 6-speed automatic. The SUV is also available with a 1.5-litre diesel (116bhp/260Nm), paired with either a 6-speed manual or automatic.
