Mechanically, it will come equipped with a 1.2-litre inline four-cylinder, normally aspirated petrol engine and a CNG fuel option. For transmission, the Exter CNG variant will only employ a manual gearbox, and the petrol models will use either a five-speed manual or an AMT automatic gearbox.

New Maruti Suzuki Swift
The updated Maruti Suzuki Swift is in the works for the Indian market. The Japanese automaker will presumably introduce the redesigned model in our market in sometime 2024.
