Ferrari has introduced its Approved Certification programme in India following its global debut in October 2023. This allows the vehicle to be insured for a maximum of 24 months. The company also states that 190 individual inspections are performed in total before a second-hand Ferrari is given an approved 'license'. These tests comprise examining all facets of the vehicle, such as the suspension, liquid levels, and electrical and mechanical systems. It also includes checking essential parts like brakes, cooling systems, and steering systems to guarantee their seamless performance.

To provide a comprehensive evaluation of the vehicle's performance, secondary tests are also carried out on the air conditioning system, dashboard, and safety systems of the Ferrari. After the cars have undergone all of these checks, knowledgeable testers drive them to ensure optimal performance.

A certified pre-owned car from an authorised dealer, according to Ferrari, comes with a detailed written evaluation of each inspection that was conducted, guaranteeing a clear vehicle background supported by records and the advantages of Ferrari's warranty, which includes both parts and labour for significant repairs. A Ferrari Approved vehicle also comes with an unlimited mileage guarantee, except for components that require regular maintenance, such as tyres, brake disks and pads, and other typical wear and tear.
