Kia Seltos SUV Price Increased by up to Rs 30,000 in India, Check New Prices Here
The select variants of the Kia Seltos SUV have become expensive in the Indian market. The lineup of the new Kia Seltos includes a total of nine versions.

Kia India has increased the prices of select variants of the Seltos SUV in the country by up to Rs 30,000. The SUV received a mid-life upgrade in July, with prices beginning at Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom). However, after two months, the company has increased the prices of the GTX Plus and X-Line versions in manual and automatic forms by Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000, respectively. The SUV is available in nine variants – HTE, HTK, HTK Plus, HTX, HTX Plus, GTX+ (S), GTX+, X-Line (S), and X-Line – and competes with the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Hyundai Creta, among other vehicles in India. Kia Seltos SUV Price Hike: A Quick Recap
The recent price increase came in the wake of the carmaker's last month announcement that it will raise the prices of its two models, the Seltos and the Carens, by 2% in India. At that time, the automaker also revealed that it did not increase the prices of its models despite increased raw material costs after April. However, with the launch of the new Kia Seltos, the company made the decision to increase the prices. The company also mentioned that the price increase will only affect the Seltos and Carens. For now, the prices of the Sonet, Carnival, and EV6 will remain unaffected.
For those unaware, this is the second price hike for the two models this year – the Seltos and the Carens. The first price hike happened in April 2023, when the company revised its range to meet the higher RDE (Real Driving Emission) requirements.

Kia Seltos SUV Price Hike: New Prices
The prices of the GTX Plus and X-Line manual and automatic models have been increased by Rs 20,000 and Rs 30,000, respectively. As a result, the SUV now has a starting price of Rs 10.90 lakh for the base variant and a maximum price of Rs 20.30 lakh for the top-spec version. Both are ex-showroom figures.
